Dos & Don’t’s in Daily life:
Dos:
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Floss your teeth immediately after you have brushed.
- Rinse your mouth after eating anything.
- Visit  your dentist at least once in 6 months.Â
- Chewing sugar free gum could help in preventing cavities.
Don’t’s :
- Grind or clench your teeth.
- Eat snacks or sweets between meals.
- Go to bed without brushing your teeth.
- Using your teeth as tools to open bottles or break a tag or bite your nails
-  Ignore signs of early dental issues e.g gum bleeding ,bad breadth,black spot and sensitivity.
- Brush vigorously and incorrect technique of brushing.
- Using tooth picks and pins for cleaning in between teeth.
- Consume tobacco in any form.Â

Facts about Dental health:
- Keep your toothbrush at least 6 feet away from a toilet to avoid airborne particles from the flush.
- Always replace your toothbrush after cold, sore throat or notorious infections as bacteria planted on the toothbrush can lead to re infection.
- Vigorous brushing can lead to eroded enamel which never grows back causing teeth sensitivity along with other oral problems.
