OVERVIEW-Dental Veneers
Veeners: What is a Veneer? A veneer is a thin layer of ceramic or composite resin tooth-colored filling material placed over tooth to improve shape, size and/or color. These restorations are very aesthetic and require very little, if any, removal of tooth structure.
DESCRIPTION
Direct Veeners
A direct veneer is built over the tooth surface by  using tooth coloured composite resin.Direct veneers are a more simple procedure, replacing enamel only and are generally done in a single appointment. They are less expensive.
Indirect Veeners:
Indirect Veneers are fabricated by a dental laboratory from either ceramic (porcelain) or resin. Both are strong and long lasting, and each has its own pros and cons. Porcelain veneers hold up better against stains and resemble natural teeth. Resin veneers are thinner and don’t require as much tooth surface to be removed.
